One of the PrimaLuna products received an Award! Stereophile Magazine recently published their Recommended Component 2020 ( Fall Edition ) List and the PrimaLuna EVO 400 Tube Preamplifier is Awarded as Class A Recommended Component in the category preamplifiers.

They have also had a walk down memory lane in the Tone Audio Magazine, with one of the reviewers revisiting a product first reviewed 20 years ago.

In technical terms the Solitaire P represents a milestone: the sophisticated planar-magnetostatic design philosophy, with its ultra-lightweight cone and planar drive, offers enormous physical advantages and concomitant sonic benefits. The entire surface of the cone is driven by a unique magnet design, developing a spacious, airy feel which is unique even for planar headphones. The Solitaire P is hand-made at the main factory in Herford using the finest available materials.

THE T+A HA200 Headphone Amplifier - RRP  $14,999

This is a stunningly spec'd headphone amplifier. 

The Solitaire HA 200 is a completely new developed headphone amplifier which sets new standards in terms of technology and appearance. The impedance of the three headphone outputs can be accurately fine-tuned to match the headphones connected to it. The HA 200 is based on analogue T+A HV technology. Its high-performance output stages are of Class-A design and operate with a high idle current, enabling them to drive even the most demanding headphones without difficulty. The high-quality mains sections – one digital and one analogue with two separate torroidal transformers – ensure the requisite stamina. The headphone amplifier is fitted with the proprietary T+A True 1 Bit digital/analogue converter, capable of 32 Bit/768 kHz for PCM and DSD 1024 for Bitstream. Like all of T+A’s most advanced current DACs, the new HA 200 includes fully optimized and completely separate decoding architecture for DSD and PCM, enabling the most refined decoding of all digital formats.
