PQ Imports a passion for quality PQ Imports was started in 1986 by Paul & Joy Quilter. The aim was to import specialist audio products that were not then available in New Zealand.
The first products were: QED, JA Michell - turntables and ProAc – high quality speakers. We are very proud that most of those relationships have endured and grown. We are still NZ agents for JA Michell and ProAc today. Over the years we have added other high-end brands that reflect our passion for top quality audio and theatre reproduction. We now offer not only the world’s best brands in two-channel audio, but also some of the best and most well respected names in Home Theatre and Visual products. We represent a wide range of brands covering entry level right up to the esoteric.
Above all else, we select and import brands that have a synergy with each other and produce incredibly lifelike and emotionally satisfying results when matched with each other.  Our company employs staff that are equally passionate about quality & performance. They share our enthusiasm for the brands that we represent.
We are very pleased that this passion for quality extends to the quality of service they give our customers. The future is bright for PQ Imports and our suppliers, as we have expanded our dealer network of some of these high end brands into Australia. |
